Welcome to QuantX, a research service that provides financial data, technical analysis, and quantitative tools regarding publicly traded stocks, options, and digital assets (the “Service”). The Service is operated by QuantX, Inc. By accessing, browsing, or using QuantX (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Disclaimer and our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

QuantX is a research and information service. QuantX is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any other regulated financial entity under the laws of any jurisdiction. Nothing on the Site — including alerts, screeners, charts, gamma exposure, options flow, AI analysis, or any other output — constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to adopt any particular investment strategy.

QuantX is a research service that provides financial data and technical analysis of publicly traded stocks and options. All users should speak with their financial advisor before buying or selling any securities. Users should not base their investment decisions solely upon QuantX. By using the Site you agree and are held liable for your own investment decisions and agree to the Cancellation & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

You may use QuantX and the contents contained in QuantX solely for your own individual, non-commercial, and informational purposes only. Any other use, including for any commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited without our express prior written consent.

Systematic retrieval of data or other content from QuantX — whether to create or compile, post to other websites, directly or indirectly, as text, video or audio, a collection, compilation, database or directory — is prohibited absent our express prior written consent. The following uses are also prohibited without our express prior written consent:

• Scraping, crawling, data extraction, or automated access of any kind;
• Redistributing, republishing, or reselling any content from the Site;
• Using the Service to build a competing product, dataset, or analytics service;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code or underlying data models.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), and that you are competent to enter into and be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at invest@quantx.ai of any unauthorized use or security breach.

All intellectual property rights in the Site, its design, content, tools, models, and outputs are owned by or licensed to QuantX and are reserved. Nothing on the Site grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service for your own individual, non-commercial, informational purposes as set out in these Terms.

The Service may rely on, display, or incorporate data, feeds, and tools from third-party providers, and may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by QuantX. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of any third-party data or site. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to its own terms.

Features such as Ask QuantX and other AI-driven analysis are provided for informational and research purposes only and may be experimental in nature. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You agree to use these features responsibly and understand they should not be the sole basis for any investment decision. QuantX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any such feature at any time, with or without notice.

Paid plans (Premium, Advance, Managed, and any one-time offerings) grant access to the corresponding features for the duration of your subscription. Fees are billed in advance through our payment processor (Stripe). All amounts are stated in the currency shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except as described in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. We may change fees upon reasonable notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed solely by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

To preserve the quality and availability of the Service for all users, QuantX reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access for any user who uses the Service in a manner that constitutes unfair use — including excessive utilization that negatively impacts other users, manipulation of the Service contrary to its intended use, or any violation of these Terms.

The Service and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or non-infringement. Market data may be delayed, approximated, simulated, or derived from third-party sources that QuantX does not control. QuantX makes no representation or warranty about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or any output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuantX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, data providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, capital, or data, arising from your use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and, where applicable, cancel your subscription.

By using the Site, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuantX, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party providers from any and all losses, costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party.

Some content may include projections, hypothetical scenarios, backtests, or simulated data. Such content is illustrative only, does not represent actual trading or investment results, and is subject to change without notice. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of, and is not a guarantee of, future results.

QuantX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and QuantX agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
